Shipping

Shipping policy.

Every piece ships directly from the artist's studio or the representing gallery, tracked door to door.

01

Processing time

The seller packs and ships each sold piece directly: the artist from their studio, or the gallery that represents them from its own premises. Expect dispatch within 3–5 business days of the sale. Made-to-order or commissioned pieces may take longer; the listing or the seller's messages will note this where it applies.

02

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the piece's dimensions and weight. The cost is shown before you confirm payment, and no shipping fees are added afterward. The rate is the same whether the piece leaves an artist's studio or a gallery.

03

Carriers and tracking

Where a label is purchased through the platform, we work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and tracking is attached to your order automatically. If the seller ships independently with their own label, the artist or the gallery adds the tracking number to your order by hand, so you can follow delivery either way.

04

Signature requirements

To protect both buyer and seller, signature confirmation is required on deliveries of $500 or more, and optional between $150 and $499, at the seller's choice. Orders under $150 ship without a signature requirement. A gallery shipping on an artist's behalf follows the same thresholds.

05

International shipping

Availability and cost for international delivery depend on the seller and the piece: some artists and galleries ship worldwide, others don't. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the displayed shipping cost.

06

Lost or damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged or never arrives, report it from your order within 14 days of the expected delivery date. See our Refund & return policy for how we resolve these cases. Title and risk of loss otherwise pass to you on delivery.
